Louise's talent for floral design has been recognized by many local and national publications.

Horticulture Magazine challenged Louise to design an outside railing using only natural plant material without the benefit of gold spray or ribbons. Better Homes and Garden September 200l issue asked Louise to design an arrangement using only summer flowers from her garden.
